Identifying a need for an engaging, dynamic content hub for the National Interscholastic Cycling Association’s education resources and news, Em developed The Trailhead, a blog for NICA’s highly-engaged volunteer coaches across the country. Em led the project from concept to execution and served as primary author for the first year of the project. The Trailhead and its youth-development focused content has proven its value, with an organic reach of over 47,000 active users* since its launch.
