Em has been involved in some form of communications since 2003, when she became the editor in chief of her high school newspaper. Since then, she has woven her love of creating words and visuals throughout her career, landing her in her current role in nonprofit communications and marketing.
As a nonprofit professional, Em often wears many hats in the marketing and communications arena; luckily, she enjoys all aspects of comms: from writing copy to crafting engaging visuals to empathizing with her audience to pinpoint the most moving call-to-action. Whether through long-form content, a press release, an annual report, or internal emails to engage organizational stakeholders, Em understands the importance of communications that resonate and inspire.
